DFI continues its global growth amidst gloomy economy and captures full national coverage in Mexico.
Diamon Fusion® International, Inc. (DFI Nanotechnology), global developer and exclusive licensor of patented hydrophobic nanotechnologies, announced today the signing of a new license agreement in Mexico with MILLET – Industria de Vidrio, a highly reputable Yucatan-based Glass Group. This agreement capitalizes on market share in the Yucatan peninsula and the Southeast of Mexico, completing national coverage from DFI’s regional distribution standpoint.
MILLET, a 50-year privately-held group based in Yucatan peninsula, has manufacturing plants in Merida and Cancun and distributes a wide range of glass products throughout Southeast Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America. MILLET’s main products include tempered and laminated flat and curved glass for various industry sectors, mirrors, all in a variety of finishes and thicknesses.
Mexico currently represents the world’s 13th largest economy and is firmly established as an advanced middle-income country, has the highest income per capita in Latin America and is the only Latin American member of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
