Diamon Fusion® International, Inc. (DFI), global developer and exclusive supplier of the Diamon Fusion® patented nanotechnology, reached a marketing agreement with ALCOA, the world's leading producer of primary and fabricated aluminum. The Agreement provides ALCOA the capability of applying DFI's proprietary surface protective coating at Alcoa's US manufacturing facilities, in certain glass related markets, at a national level. The Agreement also facilitates a dynamic co-marketing synergy between the two companies, reported Senior Officials from both ALCOA and DFI.

"This strategic alliance with ALCOA represents a new milestone for DFI and it solidifies the leadership we have achieved as a developer and supplier of surface protective coatings", stated Guillermo Seta, DFI's Vice President and Executive Director of DFI Global Operations.

ALCOA (NYSE:AA) is the world's leading producer of primary aluminum, fabricated aluminum and alumina, and is active in all major aspects of the industry. Alcoa serves the aerospace, automotive, packaging, building and construction, commercial transportation and industrial markets. In addition to aluminum products and components, Alcoa also markets consumer brands including Reynolds Wrap® foils and plastic wraps, Alcoa® wheels, and Baco® household wraps. DFI's nanotechnology multi-functional characteristics include: water and oil repellency (hydrophobic and oleophobic), impact and scratch resistance, protection against graffiti, dirt and stains, finger print protection, UV stability, additional electrical insulation, protection against calcium and sodium deposits and increased brilliance and lubricity. DFI's coating, a patented process, works at nanoscale levels and the change of the molecular composition of the silica-based surface (glass) created by DFI's chemistry and bonding nanoparticles, along with the cross-linking, branching, and final 'capping', enables the full efficiency of the coating process at an atomic scale.
